Simfoni Resort - Langkawi

The family suit is big, clean,new and Comfort to stay .design quit simple and simple and neat.

The electric suddenly out of service at night .Very disappointed with the staff that told me is under maintenance,when I call to the lobby to ask . they cant event promise a time for me when can they don't the maintenance .it take almost 2 hour to do the repair .what I can c is,most of the guest satay at balcony outside ,because the room is too hot .my Opinion is, we don't mine the accidents happen,but I think the staff should call to inform what is happening and at list give us a roughly time when the repair can be done.so at list we not need to stay and wait in the room like fool,we can spend our time outside any place .or if we are outside can just call our h/p to inform us,don't come back too early .I think we will vary appreciate with it .

Spacious for families, great value for money.

No glass for drinking.no oven as advertised. No room cleaning on the first day.

It has family rooms which can sleep 6. Parking was easy and food stores were nearby. Place is new, off main road and quiet...at least my end. Corridor is long,could be noisy

There is only 1 common toilet with bathroom inside. Whoever needs to use either one hss already occupied it totally. Breakfast was like a madhouse and resupply was rather slow with groups staying in. Should have more bread toasters to facilitate crowds. Cannot comment on taste because we ended up not eating due to crowd and long waiting time,even at the bread section. In short, breakfast needs to be relooked. Emergency stairway door is locked and dirty linen were bagged and put on stairs for colection. The escape door should be one way from inside,if aim of locking is preventing unwanted access. But it should not be locked. Only means of escape during emergency is seriously hampered.

Free Wifi cocerage for all rooms but signal strength was too low for me to log in as my room was the furthest from the hotel reception area. Have to go to lobby to log in.

Language problem to communicate in English with receptionists. Room not equip with cups and shower cream and hair shampoo. Water leaking below the vanity top. TV channel not set.

Arrangement of room and furniture.

1.No wash basin to wash hand or boil water. 2. hard mattress.can feel the spring. 3. no complimentaries toiletries or drinking water. 4. veranda cannot use.Sliding door has been screwed. 5. Only have 1 bathroom/washroom. 6. no shampoo or soap. 7. water heater not reliable. 8. door key attach to power card. Not convenience for family group. 9. Stairs cannot use to go out. 10. Dinning room too small. 11. Food not so nice and same everyday.

new resorts with new furniture

many dust on furniture no house keeping even already asked for it!! only one bathroom in one 3 rooms apartment -not very clean toilet no kitchen utensil- not even a cup. bed is very very hard!!- the manager told me because its a new bed...that not the case. no credit card payment- need to pay cash- not being notified in advance!

The room was beautiful

Breakfast start at 7.00 am but the food is served at 8.00 am
